超声波液位计是超声波液位计和超声波料位计的统称，当用于测量液体液位时，通常称为超声波液位计；当用于测量固体料位时，通常称为超声波料位计。
Ultrasonic liquid level meter is the general name of ultrasonic liquid level meter and ultrasonic material level meter. When it is used to measure liquid level, it is usually called ultrasonic level meter; when it is used to measure solid material level, it is usually called ultrasonic material level meter.
超声波液位计通常应用于温度在-40℃～100℃之间、压力在3Bar(5kg/cm2)以下的场所进行液位或料位的测量。
The ultrasonic liquid level meter is usually used to measure the liquid level or material level in the place where the temperature is between - 40 ℃ and 100 ℃ and the pressure is below 3bar (5kg / cm2).

1超声波液位计安装方式
1. Installation mode of ultrasonic level gauge
1）超声波液位计应水平置于容器顶部。
1) The ultrasonic level gauge shall be placed horizontally on the top of the vessel.
2）选择一个合适的方法来安装超声波液位计。
2) Choose a suitable method to install the ultrasonic level gauge.
3）超声波收发传感面应与液面平行。
3) The ultrasonic transmitting and receiving sensing surface should be parallel to the liquid level.
4）超声波收发传感面应尽量避免靠近容器侧壁。
4) Ultrasonic transmitting and receiving sensing surface should be avoided to be close to the side wall of the vessel.
5）为避免振动或摇晃导致液位计松动，请小心的进行坚固安装。
5) In order to avoid loosening of the level gauge due to vibration or shaking, please install it firmly with care.
6）同一容器内不要安装多台超声波液位计，超声波互相干扰会导致测量误差。
6) Do not install more than one ultrasonic level gauge in the same container, ultrasonic interference will lead to measurement error.
7）安装位置应避免阳光直射，露天安装应加防护罩。
7) The installation position should be away from direct sunlight, and the outdoor installation should be equipped with protective cover.
