为什么选择超声波液位计?
Why choose ultrasonic level gauge?
因为,超声波液位计由声波的发射和接收之间的时间来计算传感器到被测物体的距离。无机械可动部分,可靠性高,安装简单、方便,属于非接触测量,且不受液体的粘度、密度等影响精度比较低,所以选择。
Because, the ultrasonic liquid level meter calculates the distance between the sensor and the object to be measured by the time between the transmission and reception of the sound wave. There is no mechanical movable part, high reliability, simple and convenient installation. It belongs to non-contact measurement, and is not affected by the viscosity and density of liquid. The accuracy is relatively low, so it is selected.

超声波液位计是由微处理器控制的液位数字仪表。在测量中超声波脉冲由传感器发出,声波经液体表面放射后被传感器接收,通过压电晶体或磁致伸缩器件转换成电信号,由声波的发送和接收之间的时间来计算传感器到被测液体表面的距离。超声波液位计采用非接触测量,对被测介质几乎不受限制,可广泛用于液体固体物料高度的测量。
Ultrasonic liquid level meter is a digital instrument controlled by microprocessor. In the measurement, the ultrasonic pulse is sent out by the sensor, and the sound wave is received by the sensor after being radiated by the liquid surface. The distance between the sensor and the measured liquid surface is calculated by the time between the sending and receiving of the acoustic wave. Ultrasonic liquid level meter adopts non-contact measurement, which is almost unlimited for the measured medium, and can be widely used to measure the height of liquid and solid materials.

超声波液位计是超声波液位计和超声波料位计的统称,当用于测量液体液位时,通常称为超声波液位计;当用于测量固体料位时,通常称为超声波料位计。
Ultrasonic liquid level meter is the general name of ultrasonic liquid level meter and ultrasonic material level meter. When it is used to measure liquid level, it is usually called ultrasonic level meter; when it is used to measure solid material level, it is usually called ultrasonic material level meter.
超声波液位计通常应用于温度在-40℃~100℃之间、压力在3Bar(5kg/cm2)以下的场所进行液位或料位的测量。
